Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 ¼ Cups of all purpose flour
½ Teaspoon of Baking soda
200g of room temperature butter
1 Cup of brown sugar
½ Cup of white sugar
½ Teaspoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
300g of chopped/chips dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180c with the pans in it
Mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a (relatively) small bowl
In a mixer bowl, mix the butter with sugar using a mixing pad in medium speed, at least for 3 minutes. every now and then scrape the butter from the sides.
Add the eggs and vanilla, one at a time and mix.
Set the mixer speed to low and change replace the mixing spoon with a kneading hook.
Add the flour mixture and mix until unified
Add the chocolate and mix using a spatula
Baking time!
Using two spoons (or cookie scoops) place the mixture balls with 5cm apart of each other. (Personal advice, sprinkle some kosher salt on top)
Bake of 7-9 minute, until the edges are golden brown.
Cool down before moving the cookies as they are soft when taken out of the over
Move to a cookie jar, keep in mind they are good for 1 week, so eat them quickly ;P
